About the Exhibition:

Longtime New Smyrna Beach resident Jimmy Lane is a world-class surfer, surf educator, and surfboard artist. For this exhibition, he presents a new collection of painted surfboards that reflect his deep connection to the ocean and the ways it has shaped his life.

As a former professional surfer, Lane rode waves around the world, advancing through the amateur ranks to the professional tour. With multiple championship titles to his name, he ultimately qualified for the World Tour. He later founded the Jimmy Lane Surfing Academy, which has provided instruction and mentorship to generations of aspiring surfers for more than 40 years.  Read More...
